We encourage you to understand that everyone in the world of tech has an increased value in the TUC Community because this is the safe space to get transform how we engage. TUC has the ability to impact the efficacy of our sustainability efforts and drive innovation to a new equitable level.
Do not hesitate to engage the moment you receive the “Get It” badge, but First and foremost always keep TUC’s inclusivity in mind. Inclusion is our #DevOpp’s greatest challenge because leveraging technology is our greatest advantage. Keeping TUC’s inclusivity in mind in everything we do doesn’t end with #coding or designing the UX and UI. It is important to know that equal to the importance of coding is encouraging others to engage. This includes helping newcomers feel welcome and help them experience the most incredibly efficient and fun ONBoarding process. Every detail will always have the ability to be better and continuous improvement is vital to what TUC is all about.
Hint: Know the Sponsor Program. Leveraging technology is especially needed in the development of every aspect of every program. There is no end to helping make engaging be more fun. Finding mistakes is just as valuable as designing the next big way to inform GOLDEN TICKET winners, that they just hit the jack pot.

There has been extensive research done on the use of gamification in online applications. TUC intends to be transparent about testing various strategies but intend to engage those who are passionate in open positive discussions about which ones we keep.
